Had a great Christmas experience at a hotel in an old town with great harbor views, conveniently located within walking distance of the historic and modern sections. the antiques ambience of the place was lovely and the beds comfortable, with a quiet air conditioning system and big LCD screen offering various Uruguayan TV channels.
There were some issues with the room amenities, including poor water pressure and no hot water available despite repeated complaints to the unhelpful reception staff. the room, although nice, was located on the first floor with no elevator access, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The location in the old town is perfect and adds to the charm of this place. The staff is gracious and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was beautifully furnished in a colonial style with all the modern amenities I needed. The bed and linens were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was stunning with beautiful tiles and a huge, amazing shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I didn't feel rushed at all. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay here truly enjoyable.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the historic district, making it perfect for exploring the area. Several touristic attractions, exchange offices and stores are just a short walk away. the bed and linen were comfortable, and breakfast was good enough to start the day.
Sadly, the bathroom facilities were a let-down. the bathtub drain didn't work and towels provided were worn out.

The hotel had a great rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the sunset. The location was perfect, just a short walk to some great restaurants and the main tourist area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. And the breakfast was a highlight – delicious with lots of variety.
The downside was that the room we were in was quite noisy during the day from outside traffic and activity. , the room was a bit small for the price we paid.
